How Long Should Each Lesson Be?

If you are an adult, you can handle lessons for an hour. Your practice time depends much on your health condition. if you are a person of good health, you can practice for more than an hour. But rest is also very important. So take some rest at least after an hour of the lesson. On the other hand, if your health condition is poor or has a short attention span, consider a 45-minute or 30-minute lesson.
